Crompton WorkFlow is an internal tool operated by Crompton Concepts for our own employees and contractors. Because accounts are tied to your work relationship with us, deletion requests are handled by an administrator rather than a self-service button in the app.
Send an email requesting account and data deletion to:
Email labs@cromptonapps.comPlease send the request from the email address associated with your Crompton WorkFlow account, or clearly state which account you're requesting deletion for.
We may retain a minimal record (e.g. aggregated, de-identified time totals already used in finalised payroll or client reporting) where we have a legitimate business or legal record-keeping need to do so, for a limited period. We will tell you at the time of your request if this applies, and for how long.
We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of verifying the request.
